| Welcome to the VIPcom training area This contains all of the information on the current training program. Our training concept We pursue a partner-oriented sales concept. This is why we are concerned to ensure direct information and effective and intensive training and further training of our partners. In order to ensure the high standard of our server-based products, sales partners are obliged to attend basic training courses and technology training courses. We also offer workshops on current topics. Our training courses are aimed at new VIPcom sales partners and at partners who wish to acquire up to date information on our products. We also address administrators with end customers as well as consultants. Our courses are conducted by experienced trainers and are divided into a theoretical and an intensive practical section. We carry out the training courses in rooms equipped with state of the art technology. In order to work effectively the seminars are restricted to small groups with a maximum of 8 participants. On request we provide end customer training courses – in collaboration with our partners – also on an in-house basis.
