Remote
PAPAGENO installations at different locations can be connected to each other via TCP/IP.
This allows users to send messages between locations as if they were internal.
Least Cost Routing
Users at one location, e.g. Rome, can send documents via another location, e.g. Munich, at the local rate there and vice versa (least-cost routing).
‘Routing’ can also be used to send messages via a low-cost provider.
Less urgent messages are sent via another location at the cheapest rate time there (least-cost timing).
A pre-configuration of the national zones and best times is included in the PAPAGENO installation. This can be easily modified and supplemented by the administration program.
