Remote
PAPAGENO installations at different locations can be connected to each other via TCP/IP.
In this way, users send messages between sites as if they were sending them internally.
Least Cost Routing
Users at one site, for example Rome, can send documents via another site, for example Munich, at the local rate there, and vice versa (least-cost routing). ‘Routing’ can also be used to send messages via a low-cost provider.
Less urgent messages are sent via another site at the cheapest rate available there (least-cost timing).
A pre-configuration of the national zones and best times is included in the PAPAGENO installation. This can be easily modified and supplemented by the administration program.
